Animatic
In order to make the stop-motion shoot as smooth as possible we started out by doing an animatic where we visualized all the elements. This was also a great opportunity to play around and test different angles and animations.

The Shoot
After the animatic was approved and we were happy with all the details, we moved on to the actual shoot. It was done over the course of two days at the “It´s Showtime”-studio. The camera was a Canon 5D that we hooked up to a mac running the “Dragon Stop Motion” software to capture the frames. We were lucky to work with an excellent crew that really made the whole process a pleasure.
